Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to all orders placed on Pethealer for customers in Vietnam. By completing checkout, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. Payment Methods

We offer two safe payment options for Vietnam domestic orders:Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment. Available payment options will be shown at checkout.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD allows you to pay the exact order amount directly to the courier upon receiving your package. No prepayment is required.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for your order. Unreasonable delivery refusal may cause restriction of future COD service to prevent logistics loss.

3. Online Payment

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store any card or private payment data.

Your order will only be confirmed and processed after successful payment. Pending or failed payment orders will not be shipped.

4. Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify order and receiver information before shipment. Suspicious, incomplete or invalid orders may be canceled for security reasons.

5. Refund Rules

Refunds are only provided for duplicate payments, system errors, or store-canceled unshipped orders. Since COD orders require no advance payment, no refund is applicable for COD transactions.
