Shopping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on Pethealer for customers in Vietnam.

1. Order Placement

By submitting an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to all store policies.

Please double‑check recipient name, phone number, province, district, ward and street address. Incorrect information may cause delivery failure or extra costs.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders with suspicious information.

2. Payment Methods

We support online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Vietnam.

COD: Pay full order value directly to courier upon parcel arrival. Please prepare exact cash amount.
For COD orders, do not refuse delivery without valid reason; repeated refusal may restrict future COD service.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before shipment. Please contact us with your order number.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
We may cancel orders for out‑of‑stock, abnormal address or system error, and will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fee and delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Processing time may be extended during big sales, public holidays or bad weather.

All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Track your order via our tracking page after dispatch.

5. Returns & Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order, including change-of-mind returns. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging with accompanying items.

Contact pethealer729@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos before sending the return. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Pethealer pays return shipping for items sent incorrectly or damaged on arrival.

Approved returns are refunded within 7 business days after inspection and approval. COD refunds are made by bank transfer to a Vietnamese bank account supplied and confirmed by the customer. See our Return and Refund Policy for the return address and full instructions.
