Cash on Delivery (COD)

The most popular payment method for Vietnamese customers. Pay the exact order value to the courier after receiving your package. No pre-payment required, no hidden fees, and no extra COD charges.

Important: Ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeated delivery refusals may restrict future COD privileges.

Online Payment

Secure payment processing through encrypted third-party systems. Your financial data is fully protected—Pethealer does not store credit card or payment information.

Orders are confirmed and shipped immediately after successful payment. Pending or failed payments will not be processed for shipment.
