How To Track Your Order Once your order is processed and dispatched, we will send your tracking number via message. Enter your order number or tracking number on our tracking page to view the latest logistics status. Please note tracking information may not update immediately after the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Tracking Status Explanation
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | Payment or COD request received. Items waiting for packing. |
| Processing | Items being prepared before hand-over to local courier. |
| Shipped | Parcel in transit with delivery partner across Vietnam. |
| Delivered | Courier completed hand-over to receiver. |
| Failed Delivery | Check phone and address. Contact support for assistance. |
Common Tracking Delays
Logistics updates can be delayed during big sales events, national public holidays, bad weather conditions or high parcel volume. Courier systems sometimes need several hours to sync new tracking events. A static tracking record does not always mean your package is stuck.
COD Order Reminder
For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep your phone accessible while the parcel is out for delivery. The courier will call you before arrival. Prepare the correct order amount to complete payment upon receiving your pet care goods.
What To Do For Abnormal Status
If your tracking stops updating for a long period, or status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please get in touch with our customer support. Provide your order number so we can coordinate with the local courier and solve your delivery issue quickly.
