Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on Pethealer for customers in Vietnam.

1. Order Placement

By submitting an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to all store policies.

Please double‑check recipient name, phone number, province, district, ward and street address. Incorrect information may cause delivery failure or extra costs.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders with suspicious information.

2. Payment Methods

We support online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Vietnam.

COD: Pay full order value directly to courier upon parcel arrival. Please prepare exact cash amount.
For COD orders, do not refuse delivery without valid reason; repeated refusal may restrict future COD service.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before shipment. Please contact us with your order number.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
We may cancel orders for out‑of‑stock, abnormal address or system error, and will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Fee	Displayed at checkout based on location
Processing Time	May extend during sales, holidays or bad weather
Delivery Dates	Estimated only; track your order after dispatch

5. Returns & Eligibility

Eligible for return: Damaged or defective goods upon arrival only.

Non-returnable: Opened pet supplements, food and hygiene products (for hygiene reasons).

Contact support within 48 hours after receiving parcel with photos of package and product condition.
Customer covers return shipping cost unless fault is on our side.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pethealer pet care products are daily supplements, not veterinary medicines. They cannot replace veterinarian treatment. We are not liable for indirect losses from improper usage.
